🇧🇹 BHUTAN — OCTOBER 2026

Cycling, adventure, renewal + a regenerative thread

A small friends + community journey is taking shape in Bhutan this October — tentatively around October 6–14, with the final itinerary now being shaped.

At the center is the 70km Dragon Fury mountain bike race on October 10.

For those who enjoy riding but don’t necessarily want to race, we’re also developing a relaxed two- to three-day cycling experience through the region, with e-bike options available.

Beyond the bike, there’ll be Bhutan itself — hiking to mountain temples, remarkable landscapes, culture, community + some space for adventure, perspective and renewal.

🌿 WHY THIS IS HAPPENING

We’ve been invited to contribute to Bhutanese-led efforts around cycling, adventure + regenerative development in the region.

Part of the larger opportunity is to explore how cycling and thoughtful travel can help strengthen local livelihoods, shared prosperity + meaningful regional opportunity, while honoring the culture, heritage and natural beauty that make Bhutan extraordinary.

Bhutan has already given the world a different way of thinking about progress through Gross National Happiness, alongside an unusually strong commitment to environmental stewardship.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support where useful — and to bring good people into deeper relationship with the country.

This October is intentionally small: a friends + community pilot as we learn, support the revival of cycling in the region + explore what could grow into a larger chapter in 2027.

For now, we’re simply gauging interest.
