How is your LifeForce being nourished—and how might it be leaking?
Most of us know when something feels off: exhaustion, fogginess, chaos, depletion, low motivation, dissonance, or simply the sense that we are living below our available aliveness. What can be harder to see is HOW our energy is being spent, constrained, scattered or undernourished.
This audit is an evolving map shaped by roughly two decades of personal inquiry, practice and learning with teachers, masters, lineage holders and practitioners across multiple wisdom traditions. It brings different mirrors into conversation—from psychology and neuroscience to holistic health, martial arts and energetic cultivation; from Buddhism and contemplative practice to shamanic and animist traditions; from Feng Shui and environmental awareness to relationship, attention and embodied self-inquiry.
We offer it to people seeking greater vitality in service of their life, their mission, and their soul’s longing to awaken more fully—and to bring that aliveness into their relationships and communities.
We’ll explore: 🌙 RESTORE • 🌿 NOURISH • 💧 PURIFY • 🔥 REGULATE + MOVE • 👁️ ATTENTION + ALIGNMENT • 🤝 RELATIONSHIPS + PEOPLE • 🏡 HARMONIZE • 🧭 CULTIVATE • ⚡ CONSERVE • 🔮 DEEPER TERRAIN • 🌌 COSMOLOGY
The goal is not perfection. It is to illuminate where LifeForce is already supported, where it may be leaking or unnecessarily spent, and where a subtle change could create a disproportionately meaningful difference in energy, clarity, resilience and aliveness.
Plan for about 12–15 minutes. Go with the first honest answer that comes from your gut. Don’t overthink it. Move steadily and let the pattern emerge. Some deeper branches may add a few minutes.
Answer for the person you actually are on an ordinary Tuesday—not your best day, not who you were five years ago, and not who you aspire to become. There are no “good” answers here. Accuracy makes your map useful.
